M.S. CCC-SLP

Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

I’m a nationally certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) with a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Emerson College. I hold licensure in Nevada and California and have 8 years of experience working with children in both private practice and school settings. My clinical background includes evaluating and treating a wide range of communication needs—from early language delays and articulation to feeding, fluency, and social/pragmatic language. I’ve also supervised SLPAs and currently support students across multiple districts as a lead and supervising SLP. In addition to my core training, I hold certifications in American Sign Language, Parkinson’s communication programs (SPEAK OUT! & LOUD Crowd), and I’m a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS).

I’m passionate about supporting families and helping children reach their full potential through personalized, play-based, and evidence-based therapy!

FAQ

We understand you may have questions about our services. Here are some common inquiries we receive:

1

Session Duration

Initial evaluations are up to 1 hr in length. Some evaluations may not need an entire hour based upon the child's needs. Speech therapy sessions are 30 minutes in length.

2

Age Range

We provide therapy services for children of all ages, from babies, to toddlers, to school-aged. Our team customizes the approach based on the child's age and developmental stage.

3

Frequency of Sessions

The frequency of therapy sessions depends on the child's needs and therapy goals. Typically, we recommend one to two sessions per week for optimal progress.

4

Parent Involvement

We encourage parent involvement during therapy sessions when appropriate. Collaborating with parents enhances the child's progress and promotes carryover of skills at home.
